Town Office

The Town Office is located at 535 Main Street, Asquith, Saskatchewan and is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., closed on statutory holidays.  Besides providing services to the public of a municipal nature including Notary Public and Commissioner of Oaths, the Town Office is also a game and fishing license vendor.

Meetings

Asquith Town Council meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month, commencing at 7:00 p.m. at the Asquith Seniors Centre, 515 Main Street.

Asquith Town Council meetings are open to the public, however should one wish to speak to a matter they must make an appointment with the Town Administrator by 4:00PM on the Friday previous to the Council meeting.

Please check the event calendar for Council Meetings as the date changes occasionally. There will also be a notice posted at the office when a change of date occurs.

Waterworks Reporting

Annual Waterworks information is available at the Municipal office by September 1 of each year.

Tax and Utility Payments

We offer a variety of options for making tax and utility payments:

• In person at the Town Office, 535 Main Street. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. We accept cash, cheque and debit. We do not accept credit card payments.
• Mail your payment by sending a cheque or a post-dated cheque to Town of Asquith, Box 160, Asquith, SK, S0K0J0.
• Online and telephone banking are available for paying your bills through some financials institutions (Note – online banking is not available through Royal Bank, Bank of Montreal, or TD). Please allow 2-3 business days for bank processing.
• eTransfers are also accepted. Please send to town.asquith@sasktel.net. Autodeposit is set up for this account.
